Title: Impacting your impact!
According to current scientific research on the golf
swing there are 456 quadrillion different ways to swing
a golf club.
If you are subscribing to one swing or are trying to
swing the so called right way I hope to help you find
the swing that fits you.
If you look on the P.G.A. tour you will find many different
golf swings from the upright swing, [i.e.] Jim Furyk,
Fred Couples and Chris Dimorco just to mention a few,
then you have the flat swings, [i.e.] Jeff Maggert and
Chad Campbell. Then you have the top ten players in
the world with almost perfect swings [i.e.] Tiger Woods,
Ernie Els, Davis Love etc.
The fact is we all have our very own golf swings within
us. Your very own golf swing is really based on your
body structure and body proportions. For instance, I
have shorter arms then the average person of my size,
so regular off the shelf golf clubs do not fit me, I
also do not have a hugh swing arch because of my arm
length. So, you can see there are variables that might
not be apparent to you. So, how do you build a swing
that holds up under pressure and is 100% yours? The
answer is Master and understand impact position. This
is one position that is the same for all great golfers
and the good ones. Granted the impact position is not
a static or stationary position. It is a point in the
golf swing you move through. The purpose of this article
is to help you understand what the impact position should
be and more importantly how to get there.
